Ralpharma

Ralpharma is based in the Ambad MIDC area. If you know the industrial zone, you know it gets quite busy around here with all the trucks and workers moving about. Our place isn't anything fancy, just a functional setup where we get the work done. We deal with various pharmaceutical supplies and things like that. Most of the guys here have been around for a long time. We start the day checking the inventory and seeing what needs to go out. The warehouse can get a bit crowded when a big shipment arrives. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is the only break we get in a long afternoon. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking labels. We don't spend much time on office decorations. The walls have some old calendars and the desks are usually covered in invoices. It's a practical environment. Ambad is a tough place to work during the monsoon because the roads get a bit messy, but we manage. We’ve been at this for a while now. People know where to find us when they need something specific. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It is a straightforward business without any bells or whistles. Just us and the daily grind in the MIDC. We try to stay organized but sometimes things get a bit hectic when multiple orders come in.
