You can find us over on Shivaji Road, which is a fairly busy part of the Nashik Road area. Kalantri Brothers Pvt. Ltd. has its roots here, and we have seen the street change quite a lot over the years. The building isn't brand new, and you can tell by looking at the entrance, but it holds everything we need to run our daily operations. It is a bit of a family-run atmosphere, even if we have grown a bit since we first started out. Most of our time is spent handling the usual business stuff that keeps a place like this going. It’s not always smooth sailing; some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to hear the clock ticking in the hallway. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or complicated ways of doing things. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. The staff usually brings lunch from home, and we all sit around together when there’s a break in the work. Being on Shivaji Road means we get a lot of people passing by, and sometimes they just drop in to ask for directions or see what we are up to. We try to be helpful when we can. It’s a simple life here, focused on the work in front of us and making sure we get through the week without too many headaches. It works for us and keeps us moving along steadily.
