Innovetive Corp.

We are out in Kharoli, which is part of Trambak Taluka. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space. Innovetive Corp. is based in a fairly simple building. It’s quiet compared to the city. You can hear the birds sometimes when the machines aren't running. We have been here for a while and the local people know us. Our workspace is mostly just one big room where everything happens. We don't have fancy dividers or private offices. Everyone just works together in the same area. It makes it easier to talk about what needs doing. The weather out in Trambak Taluka can be a bit unpredictable, especially during the rains, but the building holds up fine. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running. There’s always some maintenance to do or a delivery to wait for. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just looking for Kharoli. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy shop, there’s always a bit of clutter. That’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. Innovetive Corp. is just a group of us trying to do a good job in a quiet corner of the country. We start early most days and finish up whenever the work is done.
