Pathardi Gaon is where we have set up our business. It is a much quieter spot compared to the big city nearby, and that is exactly how we like it. We have watched the village grow quite a bit since we first started out. People around here are always adding a new room to their house or fixing up an old fence. We supply the stuff they need to get those little jobs finished. It is not a high-tech operation by any means. We have a yard with big piles of sand and stacks of red bricks. Our hands are usually pretty dirty by nine in the morning. That is just part of the job when you are moving building materials all day. We know most of the families who live around here. If someone needs a few bags of lime or some specific tiles, they just stop by and let us know. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy to get attention. People just know where we are. Sometimes we sit outside on some old wooden chairs during the slow hours of the afternoon. We talk about the weather or how the local crops are doing this year. It feels more like a community than a business sometimes. We try to keep our prices fair because we live here too. We are just looking to keep the place going.
