Ekdant Pharma is based in Shop No 1 at Tirumala Plaza. You can find us on Ambad Link Road in the Cidco area. It’s a busy part of town, and there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve got a small space here, but we make it work for everything we need to store. The plaza is easy to spot if you are driving down the link road. Most of our days are spent talking to people from the neighborhood who need their supplies. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. The shop is mostly just shelves and a counter where we stand. It’s practical. Cidco is a big place, but we’ve gotten to know a lot of the faces around here. We just focus on the task at hand. When a shipment comes in, we spend the morning sorting through everything. It’s a lot of manual work, but that’s how it goes. Sometimes the computer acts up or the lights flicker, but we just keep going. We don't make a big fuss about things. If someone needs something, we look for it. If we have it, that is good. If not, we try to see when it might be coming in from the supplier. It’s a regular routine for us at Tirumala Plaza. We like the area and the people. It feels like home after all this time working here in Cidco. We just stay busy.
