Shri Gurukulam School

You will find us in Reddipudur, which is a bit of a distance out in Namakkal. It’s a fairly quiet area, mostly surrounded by fields and a few houses. The school itself is a simple building without much ornamentation. We have a few trees on the property that provide some nice shade when the sun is out during the middle of the day. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere compared to schools in the big cities. Most of our students walk here or come on their cycles from the village nearby. We have basic classrooms with enough benches for everyone. The staff room is small, and we usually have our lunch together there while we talk about the day. We don't have any big marketing budget or a website with flashy photos. What you see is what you get. We stick to the standard curriculum and try to make sure the kids understand their lessons before they go home. During the harvest season, attendance sometimes drops a bit, but that’s just how things go around here. We have an old bell that we ring for every period, and you can hear it clearly across the quiet neighborhood. It is a practical, no-nonsense place to study. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just open the doors every morning and do our best to teach the students who come through them from the local area.
