Mayil Flyash Bricks is at No:5, Kulipatti, right along Durai Road. If you are driving down that way, you can’t really miss us because of the piles of flyash and the bricks waiting to be moved. It’s a dusty spot, and the road traffic keeps things noisy all day long. We started this business because there was a lot of demand for flyash bricks in the Kulipatti area and we had the space to set it up. We aren't a massive company with a lot of branches; it is just this one location where we handle everything. The guys work hard to keep the production going, and we usually have a few trucks coming in and out every hour. It gets a bit messy when it rains, and the flyash can be tricky to manage in the wind, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over time. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just focus on making sure the bricks are solid and that we don't fall behind on the orders we have. Most of our customers are builders from around the district who need a reliable supply for their projects. We spend our time checking the machines and talking to the drivers. It’s a basic, everyday business that keeps our families going. If someone needs bricks, they just pull over on Durai Road and talk to us at the site to see what we have available.
