Yakum Travels

We operate out of Madgula Pally village, specifically at H. No 2-6. It is part of the Thipparthi Mandal. If you know this area at all, it is not very hard to find us. We run a small travel service called Yakum Travels, mostly helping people get to the bigger towns or handling local transport for things like weddings and family events. The roads around this part of the country can be a bit rough, so we spend a lot of our time looking after the vehicles. It is a lot of washing off the mud and checking the engines to make sure they are okay. We do not have a big staff of people. It is usually just a couple of us who take turns doing the driving. The phone rings at all kinds of odd hours, and we try our best to answer whenever we can. Sometimes we are all out on a long trip and the office space is empty for the day. We do not have a fancy waiting room or anything. Most people just call us ahead of time. We have lived in this district for years, so we know all the local landmarks and the best places to stop for a tea break. It is a lot of driving back and forth on the same routes, but you meet interesting people. We just have a few cars and we try to keep them in good shape.
