Our office is at H. No. 5-10-189 in Manyam Chalaka, right in the heart of Town. We have been arranging travel for a long time now, helping people book their trips and figure out their routes. The office is a simple room with a couple of chairs and some maps on the wall. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we sit down and talk to people about where they want to go. Manyam Chalaka is a central spot, so people find it easy to drop in while they are out doing their shopping or running errands. We handle a lot of phone calls throughout the day, answering questions about times and prices. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our customers are locals from the town who have used us before or heard about us from their friends. We just try to be honest about the travel times and the costs so there are no surprises for anyone. Sometimes the schedules change and we have to spend the whole afternoon calling people to let them know. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of details, but it keeps us busy and connected to the people in our community. We just keep things moving one trip at a time.
