Amdothu Lak Pathi

I go by Amdothu Lak Pathi and my home is located at House Number 3-5 in the village of Devath Palle. Being in the Nampally mandal, we are part of a community where everyone works together. My days are usually filled with the basic tasks of maintaining the property and looking after the daily business that comes my way. It is not a complicated life. We wake up when the sun rises and we finish our work before it gets too dark. The village of Devath Palle is a place where traditions are still important and people respect each other’s space. I spend a lot of time around the house and in the nearby areas. Sometimes I have to go into the main town for supplies or to settle some papers, but I always prefer being back here in the quiet. The air is cleaner here than in the big towns. We don't have any big advertisements or marketing. Word of mouth is how people find out about what we are doing. It is more personal that way. If someone needs something, they just stop by and we have a chat. We aren't trying to grow into some huge enterprise. We just want to keep things going as they have been for years. It is steady work and it provides what we need. That is enough for me and my family in this district.
