We started Khati Hotels Llp right here in Kausal Coloney. It’s basically a family thing with Smt Lalita Khati and M S Khati looking after things in Haldwani. We’ve been around this part of Nainital for a bit now. People usually find us near the main spots in Haldwani-Ii. It isn’t some big fancy chain or anything like that. We just have our building set up and we try to keep things running smooth every day. Sometimes the weather gets a bit wild, but that is just how it is in Uttarakhand. We spend a lot of time just making sure the rooms are ready and the lights are on. It’s a lot of work honestly. There is always something to fix or a floor to sweep. We live close by too. You might see us around the neighborhood or picking up supplies at the local market. It's a simple life here. We don't have some big corporate office in a city far away. It is just us in this house and the hotel area. We like it this way. It stays quiet mostly, unless it's a holiday and the roads get full.
