Windal Precision Pvt. Ltd is situated at Plot No. K6 in the Hingna MIDC Industrial Estate. If you take the Hingna Road, you will find us eventually among all the other factories. The area is very industrial, lots of smoke and the sound of heavy machinery everywhere. Our place is no different. We have machines running most of the day and it can get quite loud inside the workshop. We focus on precision work, so the guys have to be careful even when it is noisy. The office part is just a small corner partitioned off with some glass that is usually a bit greasy. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. There is no hierarchy or anything like that; we all just pitch in. The commute out here can be long because of the road conditions, but once we are here, we stay busy. We have a small canteen area where we eat lunch together. It is not anything special, just home-cooked food brought in tiffins. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. People find us because they need specific parts made and they know we have the tools for it. It is a practical business. We deal with the heat and the grease and we just try to get the parts out on time every week. It is just what we do to keep the lights on and things running smoothly.
