You can find us in Nagpur, tucked away in Shyam Nagar. We are right behind the Pratap Nagar Police Chouki, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to visit. It’s a busy little area, and there is always some noise from the street. Our team is mostly engineers and site supervisors who have been doing this for years. We handle construction work, which means a lot of dust and loud machines most days. The office is mostly for storage and doing the accounts. We spend more time out on the sites than behind a desk anyway. Nagpur heat can be tough in the summer, but the work doesn't stop. We’ve got a mix of young guys learning the trade and some older hands who have seen it all. We don’t really go in for those polished brochures. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve built nearby. Sometimes we have to deal with delays because of the rain or machines breaking down, but that’s just how construction goes. We try to be honest about how long things take. Behind the police station, life is pretty steady. We show up early, get the concrete poured, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s hard work, but it feels good to see a building finished. We just keep doing our thing here in Shyam Nagar without making too much of a fuss about it.
