Our place is located within the Indorama Synthesis Ltd premises over in Butibori, Nagpur. Specifically, we’re in Room A4/12 of Colony 1 on Plot A31. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here to the MIDC area if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s where all the real work happens. Indure-Desein Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for some time now. It’s a very industrial vibe, which is what you’d expect for this part of Nagpur. We aren't a big flashy office with a bunch of receptionists or expensive furniture. Mostly, it’s just engineers and staff moving around, dealing with the daily requirements of the job. The room we have isn’t huge, but it fits what we need and we keep it decent. Living and working in the colony here has its own rhythm. You get to know the neighbors and the other workers pretty well after a while. It’s a bit quiet at night, but during the day, the whole MIDC area is buzzing with trucks and people. We handle our private limited business with a small, dedicated team. There’s a lot of focus on just getting the specs right and making sure we don't miss anything important. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or decorating the walls with awards. We mostly just drink our tea, look at the plans, and keep the operations going. It’s practical work for practical people.
