Gammon India

We have been here at 247/1 in Civil Lines for a while now. Nagpur is a busy place but this part of town is okay. It gets really hot in the summer as everyone knows. Our office is just a regular spot where we get our work done every day. It isn't fancy or anything like those big glass buildings you see in the movies. We just have our desks and some files and we try to keep things moving along. Sometimes the power goes out but we manage. People walk by on the street and it feels like a normal neighborhood. We’ve seen the trees grow outside the window over the years. It’s funny how you get used to a certain view when you sit in the same chair for years. There is a tea stall nearby that makes decent chai which helps in the afternoons when things get a bit slow. We don’t really have a big sign or anything, just the address on the gate. It works for us. Most people who need to find us know where we are. We just focus on the stuff on our desks and try not to get too stressed when things get busy. It’s just us doing what we do in this corner of Nagpur. Anyway, if you find yourself on this side of Civil Lines, that’s where you’ll find Gammon India.
