Ivrcl has a place here in Nagpur, specifically near Takli Sim on Hingna Road. The pin code is 440016. It’s an area that has a lot going on with all the industrial and development activities nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We’ve been operating from this Hingna Road location for a while, and it suits us because it's easy to get to different project sites from here. The traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to start our days early. It’s a practical workspace. We don't have any slogans or big mission statements on the walls. We just have the work that needs to be done. Most of the guys here wear boots and jeans because we're often heading out to the field. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we usually end up talking about the day's problems. It’s a very local feel. We aren't part of some polished corporate machine. We are just a group of people in Nagpur trying to get these projects finished. The office gets a bit hot in the summer, but the fans keep things moving well enough. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand, making sure the numbers match up.
