Ans Architects

We’re located at number 2 in the Ghate Building on WHC Road in Gore Peth. It’s a busy street, but once you step into our office, it’s a bit quieter. Ans Architects is a small team, and we’ve been working from this spot in Nagpur for a good while. Our days are mostly spent drawing up plans or talking to clients about what they want their new place to look like. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just people who happen to be good at figuring out how to build things. The office is usually filled with the sound of fans and the occasional argument over where a window should go. It’s a real working environment, not a staged showroom. We handle a variety of architectural tasks, mostly for local families or small business owners. We’ve learned that the best designs are usually the simplest ones. It’s about making a space useful and making sure it stays within the budget. Nagpur has its own rhythm, and we try to work within that. We aren't here to win awards; we’re here to make sure someone’s home or shop is built properly. If you need someone to look at your plot or help with a renovation, we’re right here on the main road. Just look for the Ghate Building and come on up to see us whenever you have some free time.
