You can find Tots Solutions over on Mumaish Camp Road. We are in Shakti Nagar, specifically at House No. 5/1329. It’s more of a residential building that we converted into an office space. It gives the whole place a bit of a homey feel, which is nice for a change. We aren’t a big company with hundreds of employees or anything fancy. It’s just a small group of us working together every day. There’s a kitchen in the back where we make coffee and sometimes lunch when we don't want to go out. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for when the school nearby lets out in the afternoon. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. We chose this spot because the rent was fair and it’s easy for us to get to from our homes. We handle different kinds of solutions—mostly things we’ve learned over years of trial and error. We don’t have a big glossy brochure or a polished sales pitch. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us fixing a chair or staring at a computer screen. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't bother making things look better than they really are. It’s a workspace, pure and simple. Sometimes the front gate squeaks, but we never get around to oiling it. We just focus on the work itself. That’s what matters most to us in the end.
