Childrens World Academy

We are tucked away at 289/A New Colony in Sadar Bazar. Nagpur is a big city, but this part feels a bit more like a neighborhood where everyone knows each other. The school building is an older style, which gives it a bit of character compared to the newer concrete blocks you see elsewhere. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of classrooms and a small office where we handle the mail and phone calls. We don’t have a massive sports field, but there is enough room for the kids to run around during their breaks. The morning assembly is usually when it’s the loudest. We have a lot of local kids from Sadar Bazar who walk to school every day. The teachers are mostly local too, so they know the families well. It’s a very straightforward place. We focus on the books and the lessons without a lot of extra fluff or expensive gadgets. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to open all the windows to catch a breeze, but that’s just life here. The desks have some scratches on them from years of use, and the walls are covered in old posters and student projects. It’s a busy little academy that keeps us all on our feet from Monday to Saturday. We like the way things are, even if it’s a bit cramped sometimes when the hallways get full of students heading home for the day. It has been this way for years.
