Little Steps Preschool

You can find us at 112 Revati Nagar, which is just off Besa Road in Nagpur. We are a small preschool tucked into the neighborhood. The building is not very big, but it is enough for the little kids we have here. We have some small chairs and tables that are just the right size for them. Every morning the parents pull up on Besa Road to drop their children off before they go to their own jobs. It is a very local feel because most of the families live right here in Revati Nagar or the streets nearby. We spend our time doing simple things like drawing, playing with blocks, and learning how to sit still for a few minutes. The teachers are mostly people from the area who enjoy being around children. We have a small play area out front with a fence around it so nobody wanders off. Nagpur gets very hot in the summer, so we try to keep the kids inside where it is cooler during the middle of the day. There is always a lot of chatter and the sound of toys hitting the floor. We do not have any big speeches about what we do, we just look after the kids and make sure they are okay until their parents come back at the end of the day. It is a busy little place but we like the routine of it all.
