Techno Engineering & Rubber Industries is right here in the MIDC Industrial Area on Hingna Road. We’ve been at Plot No.E/14/15 for a long time now. If you know Balaji Nagar, you know it gets pretty busy with all the trucks coming through and the constant noise of the area. Our place is mostly filled with the smell of raw rubber and the loud humming of the machines running all day. The workshop is where we get things done. Most of the guys here have been with us for years and know exactly how the machines sound when they’re running right. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and making sure the molds are ready. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or rubber scraps, and we just keep cleaning it up as we go. It’s hot in the summer, especially with the equipment going, but we’ve got a few old fans that help a bit. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions or to see if we can fix something specific for them. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny lobby. There is just a gate, a yard, and the production floor. Balaji Nagar has changed a lot since we first set up here, but our spot stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the engineering work that comes our way. It’s a lot of metal and rubber and getting our hands dirty every single day. The tea guy comes around twice a day.
