Skills Panacea Learning Solutions Private Limited is based out of Somalwada. We are located at Plot Number 133 in the Bidoba Gruh Nirman Sahakari Sanstha area. It’s right off Wardha Road, which is pretty convenient if you’re traveling through Nagpur. We spend most of our time figuring out how to teach different skills to people who need them. The office is a straightforward setup. We didn't spend much on fancy furniture because we’d rather just focus on the work itself. Being near Wardha Road means there is always a bit of traffic noise, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is small and we’ve lived in Maharashtra most of our lives. We just wanted to set up something local that helps with learning. Some days are quieter than others. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing with PowerPoints every hour. Mostly, we just talk over tea and decide what needs to be finished by evening. The 440022 pin code area is growing fast, and we are glad to be part of that growth. It’s a practical place to work. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of ideas that we try to put into practice. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we run out of milk for the chai, but the work gets done. We just keep plugging away at these learning solutions from our little corner in Somalwada.
