Shristar Aviation Academy Private Limited

Our academy is located at Plot No. 72 in Kabir Nagar, right off Nari Road in Nagpur. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, mostly just houses and some small shops nearby. The building is a simple one, and we’ve been here long enough that everyone on the street knows who we are. There’s a bit of dust that comes in from the road, so we’re always wiping down the desks and the airplane models we have on display. The front gate has some faded paint, but it still works fine. We don't have any big flashy signs or a fancy entrance. It’s just a regular gate and a door that stays open during the day. Inside, we have a few rooms set up for training. The air coolers are always running during the Nagpur summers because it gets incredibly hot in the afternoons. You’ll usually hear the sound of birds from the trees outside mixed with the drone of the fans. It’s a very relaxed place to work. We don't have a corporate structure with managers and supervisors everywhere. It’s just a few of us who know a lot about aviation and want to share that. We spend a lot of time just sitting and talking with students about what they need to do to get ahead. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment for everyone involved.
