We are located at Plot No 248 on Hill Road in the Gandhinagar area of Nagpur. It’s a good spot because it’s not right in the middle of the heaviest city traffic, but it’s still easy for us to get to. The office is a purely functional space. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and our computers. We’ve been here in the 440010 area for a long time now. Most of our day involves looking at technical details or keeping track of data. It’s not the kind of office that has fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have the basics that we need to get our work done. Nagpur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and coolers are working. The team is small, which means we don't have to deal with a lot of red tape or complicated meetings. If something needs fixing, we just talk about it and get it sorted. We don't have any mission statements or goals written on the walls. We just come in and focus on the work that needs to be finished that day. Hill Road is a familiar place for us, and we know all the local spots for tea or supplies. We aren't trying to be anything other than a simple working office. We put in our hours, handle our responsibilities, and go home when we’re done.
