Our place is in Nagpur, specifically at Sheelratna 7 19 in the Rambagh Colony near Medical Square. It is a busy area, mostly because of the big hospital nearby, so there is always traffic and people walking around. We share the space and keep things pretty organized. It is not a huge office, but it is enough for what we do every day. We have some shelves for the supplies and a few desks where we handle the customer side of things. Most mornings start with checking what came in the previous evening. We have got a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well. It gets very hot in Nagpur during the summer months, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are running and there is enough water. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people with what they need and make sure the paperwork is correct. The neighborhood is okay, and we have got some good food spots nearby for when we take our lunch break. It is a very hands-on kind of job. Sometimes we are dealing with technical stuff, and other times it is just moving boxes around. We have been here long enough that we do not really think about it much anymore. It is just the daily routine for us.
