It is a good spot for us because it is not right in the middle of all the heavy city traffic, but we can still get to the sites where we need to be without too much trouble. We spend most of our time working on infrastructure projects, which sounds a lot more exciting than it actually feels on a random Tuesday morning. It involves a lot of math, checking building codes, and making sure the guys in the field got their numbers right. We have been at this for some time. The office is basically just where we keep the computers and the stacks of drawings that never seem to get any smaller no matter how much we work. We are not big on corporate titles or wearing fancy suits. Most of us just wear what is comfortable for a day that might end up in a muddy field or a hot, cramped office. Nagpur is a growing place, and being in Somalwada puts us right where a lot of the new stuff is happening. We just focus on the engineering and the management side of the job. It is not about being the biggest name out there, just about being the ones who actually finish what they started. Some days are slow and others are hectic.
