We are located at G1 in the Dhanshree Apartment, right in the Atrey Layout area of Nagpur. Being in an apartment building for work is different than a regular office block because you see your neighbors going about their daily lives while you’re trying to handle finance stuff. It makes the whole thing feel a bit more grounded. Most of our day is spent handling capital services, which means a lot of computer work and phone calls to different banks or offices. The Anand Nagar area is quite nice, and we usually walk out to get some snacks in the afternoon when we need a break from the screens. We have a lot of files stacked up, and sometimes it feels like we are drowning in paper, but we eventually find what we need. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to fixing the printer when it jams. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk with a cup of coffee. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a long time, and we like the way people do business here, just face to face and without a lot of unnecessary talk. It’s practical work for practical people, and we just keep plugging away at it every day. It is usually pretty quiet after five when the other tenants come home.
