We’ve been at Gautam Apartment for a bit now. It’s in the Hill Top Layout, right near Ambazhari here in Nagpur. Most days you’ll find us looking over blueprints or talking through some structural stuff for projects around the city. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. There’s always someone coming in or out with rolls of drawings under their arm. We handle a mix of architecture and engineering consultancy work, but it’s mostly just sitting down and figuring out how things are going to get built properly. We have a small group of people working here in the office. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s how it goes in this business. We’ve seen Nagpur change a lot from our office window. People know where to find us if they need help with a building plan or some technical advice. We try to keep things straightforward and don’t spend much time on long speeches. If you stop by, you’ll see we’re usually knee-deep in paperwork. It’s just what we do every day. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we plan to stay put. We often start the day early before the sun gets too hot, especially during the summer. We have these old ceiling fans that have been around forever, and they keep us cool enough while we’re hunched over the drafting tables.
