Redmont Institutes Private Limited

Redmont Institutes Private Limited is located on Katol Road in Nagpur. Our office is actually part of the Aradhana Co-Operative Housing Society. We are in the space owned by Premchand Agrawal. It is a bit of a different setup because it is within a residential colony. We run our institute from here. It is not a big, sprawling campus. We just have a few rooms that we have set up with chairs and boards for our classes. Katol Road is a busy area, but once you enter the society, it gets much quieter. We like this balance. We are a small team and we do almost everything ourselves. There is no big administrative department here. If a bulb needs changing, one of us does it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We keep things functional so we can focus on the teaching. Most of our students come from the nearby areas. They find out about us through their friends or neighbors. It is a very local, word-of-mouth kind of thing. We have been in this spot for a while and the residents know us well. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors. It is a very humble and honest way to run an institute. We don't have big slogans, we just show up and do our work every day. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we like keeping it that way for everyone.
