Rahsan Engineering

Our place is located out in the Hingna area, right in the middle of the MIDC industrial estate. Rahsan Engineering takes up Plot No. 28/A and 29/B. It is a big industrial zone, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machines coming from the neighbors. The roads around Mohite Indl. Estate can be a bit dusty, especially when the weather is dry. We spend most of our time on the shop floor dealing with the projects we have on hand. It is a practical setup with plenty of space for the equipment. We started small and just kept going, adding what we needed as we went along. The heat in Nagpur can be really tough in May, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There is a small canteen nearby where we grab lunch. It is nothing special, just a place to work and get things manufactured. We don't have a big corporate office with carpets. It’s mostly concrete and metal here. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of being in an industrial area, so we just wait it out or use the backup. Most of the guys living nearby walk or bike to the plot. We know the other business owners on this street. We help each other out if someone needs a specific tool or a bit of advice on a job.
