Jr.Engg

I am part of the small team at Jr.Engg in Nagpur. We are located at Plot No.377 in Ganesh Nagar, and we work out of the space provided by Madhukarrao V. Chamat. If you know Nagpur at all, we are very close to the Sangam Talkies, which is a big landmark in this area. Our work is just general engineering stuff. We don't have any fancy titles or a big corporate ladder. It is a very hands-on kind of place. Some days we are buried in technical papers and other days we are out looking at sites. The office is a bit cluttered with tools and old project files, but it’s a working office, not a showroom. We don't spend money on advertising because we've found that just doing the work is enough to keep us busy. People in Ganesh Nagar know where to find us if they have a technical problem that needs solving. We aren't the fastest and we certainly aren't the fanciest, but we try to be thorough. Engineering is about getting the details right, and that is what we focus on. Sometimes we have to tell people their ideas won't work from a technical standpoint, and we don't sugarcoat it. It’s better to be honest from the start. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now and we like being a part of the local scene here in Nagpur. It is a plain, hardworking life and that is fine with us.
