We are based out of N-14 in the MIDC area of Hingna. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are factories and workshops all around us. We make engineered products, which basically means we spend our days around machines and metal. It’s a noisy place, but we like it that way. The workshop floor takes up most of the space, and there’s a small office section where we do the planning and the books. We’ve been here for a good while. Most of the people working here have been with us since the start. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just take raw materials and turn them into parts that other companies need. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them. It’s part of the job. We wear work clothes and don't worry about getting a bit of grease on our hands. The weather in Hingna can get really hot in the summer, so we have big fans running all day long. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our work comes from long-term contracts with other industrial firms. We just try to make things that last and don't fail when they are put to use. It’s a simple, hardworking life in the MIDC. We just keep our heads down and get the manufacturing done.
