Our office is tucked away in Pushakar Enclave over near Manish Nagar on Wardha Road, right by the Brijlalsingh B Kachhaway building. Nagpur has changed a lot since we first set up here, and the traffic on Wardha Road seems to get heavier every single month. We spend most of our mornings dealing with site permits or checking on how the brickwork is coming along at the new projects. It's a lot of paperwork and talking to contractors who are always running late. The office itself is pretty simple, just some chairs for visitors and maps of the plots we’re working on taped to the walls. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones in a fancy way, so usually, it’s just one of us picking up while trying to eat lunch. Most of our days are spent driving between the enclave and the different sites around the city. It's a lot of dusty shoes and long meetings under ceiling fans that don't spin quite fast enough in the summer heat. We’ve known the neighbors around here for years, and they often drop in just to say hello or ask about the latest building rules. It’s just how we run things, keeping it straightforward and making sure the foundations are poured right before we worry about anything else. We aren't trying to build skyscrapers, just good solid places for families.
