If you go to Jagnade Choak in the Nandanvan area of Nagpur, you will find us at Plot No 10. Satish Gaikwad is the one who runs the show here. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic in the background. We’ve been at this 440009 address for several years now. Our space is filled with various bits of equipment and stacks of paper that we try to keep organized. It’s a technical kind of place, but it feels more like a workshop than an office. We don't wear suits or have meetings in boardrooms. Usually, we are just sitting around a table trying to figure out a problem or finishing up a project. The walls have some old posters on them, and the shelves are a bit cluttered with parts and tools. We get a lot of locals coming in because we are right there near the crossroads. It’s a convenient spot for most people in Nandanvan to reach. We don't spend money on advertising because we’d rather just focus on the work itself. Some afternoons get really hot, so we usually take a break when the sun is at its worst. It’s just a regular small business where we work hard and try to stay on top of things. We aren't looking to expand into some giant corporation anytime soon. We are content with the way we do things right now.
