Pmi

Pmi is located at 92 Ramdaspeth in Nagpur. We've been in this same spot for quite a long time. Ramdaspeth is a central area, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Our office is on a street that gets quite a bit of shade from the old trees, which is a blessing during the Nagpur summers. The office itself is nothing to brag about. It’s just a few rooms with desks and some filing cabinets that are probably older than some of our staff. We don't have a big fancy lobby. If you come in, you're basically in the middle of our workspace. We like it that way because it keeps everything transparent. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of rules. We just have a small group of people who know their jobs well. We usually have our lunch together and talk about whatever is in the news. The power goes out sometimes, but we have a backup that keeps the fans going. We spend most of our time on the phone or working on the computer. It’s a steady kind of life. We don’t go looking for trouble or try to make things more complicated than they need to be. We just show up every morning, do what we have to do, and go home to our families. It’s a quiet, decent way to run a business without any unnecessary flash or noise.
