Nitin Trading Co has been sitting here in Sitabuldi for a long time. We are specifically located at Modi No 2 in Nagpur, Maharashtra. If you know Nagpur, you know Sitabuldi is always moving. There is always someone walking past the door or a truck unloading something nearby. It’s a noisy spot but it keeps us on our toes. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us working near the back or sorting through the inventory. The building on Modi No 2 is older, and it has that smell of old paper and dust that you find in long-running businesses. We keep the doors open mostly to let some air in. It’s a practical setup. We trade what we need to and keep the records in big ledgers. Sometimes the computers act up, so we still rely on pen and paper quite a bit. It’s more reliable that way. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so we have a couple of old fans that move the air around. They’re loud, but they work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. Sitabuldi is a good place for a business like ours because everything is close by. That’s just the way it is here. We like the grit and the history of this place.
