Our office isn’t hard to find once you get into the building. It’s a solid, practical space. We don’t have any of those fancy open-plan layouts with bean bags or anything like that. It’s just rooms with desks and chairs. We keep our schedules on the wall and our files in the cabinets. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We usually arrive in the morning and stay until the work is finished. There is no corporate polish here. We talk to each other normally and get things done. The building itself has its own character. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’re quite used to the rhythm of the square outside. It’s a busy part of town, which we like. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just focus on the skills we are working on that day. It’s an honest workplace for regular people.
