Mailtrack Pvt Ltd is based over here in Nagpur at Plot No 27 in the Bhagwan Nagar Bank Colony area. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it’s a pretty regular spot for us. It isn’t a fancy glass tower or anything like that. Just a normal office where we handle the daily business of tracking mail and logistics. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, though it picks up during the afternoons when people are out and about. We have a few desks, some old computers that still work fine, and a lot of paperwork that seems to never end. Being in Nagpur, we deal with the heat like everyone else, so the fans are always on during the summer months. Our staff are local people from around the colony and nearby areas. We just focus on making sure we know where things are going and where they have been. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We don’t really do big advertisements or try to sound more important than we are. If you walk by Plot 27, you’ll just see us doing our jobs. We’ve lived with this address for a long time and the postman knows us well. We just try to be useful to the people who use our services without making a big fuss about it. It is what it is, just a local business trying to keep things organized and moving along.
