Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd has been operating out of here, and it’s a far cry from those high-pressure offices in the bigger cities. Nagpur has its own pace, and we tend to follow it. Our office is a simple place. We’ve got our desks, our chairs, and plenty of files piled up. The heat in the summer can be something else, so we keep the coolers running and try to stay productive. We do consultancy work, which means we spend our days looking at how businesses are run and trying to give some sensible advice. We don't use any of that fancy jargon that you find in textbooks. We just talk plain English and try to solve problems as they come up. The RBI colony area is mostly families, so it’s quiet during the day, which is good for focusing. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us who show up every day and do our best. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people in suits shaking hands. We just have our office on Katol Road and a reputation for being straightforward with the people we work with. It's just a regular workplace for us.
