M Com is tucked away in Hiwari Nagar, specifically at L I G 5 10 in Nagpur8. It’s a residential-feeling area, so our office is pretty modest. We don’t have a big storefront with lights or anything like that. It’s just a solid place where we can sit down and focus on the numbers and the paperwork. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we’re very much part of the local scene. We’ve been here for several years now, and the routine hasn’t changed much. We show up, have some tea, and start going through what needs to be finished. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of files to organize, but we make it work. Nagpur can get incredibly hot, so the fan is usually going non-stop during the day. We don’t really bother with any of that corporate talk you hear from bigger companies. We just speak plainly and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s a simple operation, really. Just a few of us trying to keep things running smoothly from this little spot in Hiwari Nagar. We know our neighbors and we try not to make too much noise. It’s just a regular job in a regular part of town, and we’re perfectly fine with that. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just take a short break and wait for it to come back on before finishing up our tasks.
