Our office is located in Rukhmini Nagar, Amravati, at the home of Ashok Deshmukh. It’s a very personal sort of setup, far removed from the glass towers of New Delhi that you might expect from the name. Being in Amravati means things move at a slightly different pace, and we appreciate that. Sagar Deshmukh and the rest of the team work out of this space, handling the various projects that come our way. It’s a simple arrangement. We have our desks set up in a way that works for us, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear formal clothes unless we absolutely have to. Most days it’s just about sitting down and getting through the pile of work on the desk. We talk about what needs to be done, we do it, and then we go home to our families. The neighbors know us, and it feels like being part of a real community here. We handle the business projects with a bit of a local touch. There aren't any big marketing departments or anything like that here. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of phone calls. We try to keep things organized, even if the office gets a bit cluttered with papers sometimes. It’s a real place where real work happens every day.
