Lbp Pvt Ltd is located over in the Ghoshala area of Jamshedpur. We are right by Bara Maidan, at L4 84. It’s a pretty well-known spot around here, so people don't usually have trouble finding us. Jamshedpur has that industrial feel, and we fit right into it. Being in Jharkhand, we see all kinds of weather, but work doesn't stop for the rain or heat. Our space isn't much to look at from the outside. It is just a regular building where we keep our equipment and files. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by now. The pin code is 830001 if you’re looking for us on a map. Some mornings, it takes a bit for the tea stall nearby to open, which is when we really start our day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to stay busy and keep things moving. There are about five of us who handle the main work. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries, but we manage. We don't use fancy software for everything; some things are still done on paper or in old ledgers. It keeps us grounded. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, maybe next year. For now, we just keep working. It’s a straightforward life here. We don't have those long mission statements. We just do the work.
