It is just a sturdy place where we have set up our office to be close to the local operations. The air can be a bit heavy with dust because of the mining activities nearby, but that is just part of living and working in Saoner. We have a very basic setup inside. A few tables, some old cupboards for our files, and a couple of computers. We don't believe in spending money on fancy furniture when we just need a place to work. Our team is mostly local people who understand how things work in this part of Nagpur district. We spend our days tracking progress and making sure the paperwork is in order. It is a no-frills environment. We drink our tea together in the mornings and then get straight to the tasks at hand. There is no corporate polish here.
