Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

We are located near the Janki Nagar Ring Road in Nagpur. It’s a very busy spot because the Ring Road carries so much traffic through Maharashtra. You can hear the trucks and cars all day long from our office. Being Larsen & Toubro Ltd. at this specific location makes sense for us because it’s easy to get to, even if the traffic is a bit much sometimes. The building is pretty plain on the outside and inside. We have a lot of maps on the walls and plenty of binders full of project details. Our daily routine is mostly about checking schedules and talking to people on the phone. It is a very practical environment. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, the person closest to the door just looks up and helps whoever walks in. We have a small area for making tea and we usually bring our own lunches from home. The dust from the road is something we have to clean up every morning, but that’s just life on the Ring Road. We are a hardworking group and we don't really care about being fancy. We just want to make sure the work is done correctly before we head home for the day. It is a simple, honest way to earn a living in this part of Nagpur. We have a good team here and we just keep our heads down and work.
