Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

Being in Nagpur means dealing with some of the hottest weather in Maharashtra. We are located here in the city, working as Larsen & Toubro Ltd. It is a busy place, especially since Nagpur is right in the middle of India. The office is a standard workspace where we handle a lot of the local operations. It isn't a glamorous setup, just a floor with plenty of desks and a lot of humming computers. We spend most of our time coordinating with different teams and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. In the afternoons, we usually take a quick break for tea and snacks. The city is growing fast, so there is always construction noise somewhere in the distance. We have a mix of younger staff and people who have been here for decades. Everyone just gets along and does their part. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s more about getting the numbers right and finishing the reports on time. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the heat, but we just carry on. It’s a very grounded way to work. People here are straightforward and don't like to waste time with fancy talk. We are just a local team doing what needs to be done in Nagpur. There is always a lot to finish before we leave for the day and the city lights come on.
