Larsen & Toubro Ltd. [L&T]

Our office is located at Pl.39A in Durga Nagar, which is right off the Hingna Road area in Nagpur. If you know Nagpur, you know how hot it gets here, so we spend a lot of our time making sure the fans and coolers are running right. This part of town is pretty active with a lot of small businesses and houses mixed together. We are part of the main Larsen & Toubro Ltd setup but being here on Hingna Road makes it feel more like a local neighborhood spot. It is not some fancy glass building you might see in the big city centers. It’s a solid building where we come every morning to get our work started. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops every day. The traffic on the main road can get a bit loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. Inside, we have our tables and chairs and files stacked up. It’s a bit crowded sometimes because we have a lot to get through, but we manage. We don’t really do much fancy talk here. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay cool. There’s a tea stall not too far away where we usually grab a quick break. It’s just a regular work day for us in this corner of Nagpur, making sure things move along.
