Larsen & Toubro Limited

Somalwada is a fairly quiet neighborhood in Nagpur. Our space is called Shubhankar, located at Plot 59 in the Jai Durga Co-Op Housing Society No 3. It has a strong residential feel to it. You often see people out for walks or kids playing nearby. We have our setup here for Larsen & Toubro Limited. It’s basically a converted room that fits what we need. Since Nagpur gets incredibly hot, especially in the summer months, we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are topped up with water. Our small team handles the local coordination and paperwork. We start the day by opening up the windows to catch any breeze before the afternoon heat settles in. Stacks of documents are usually piled on the desks because there’s a lot to keep track of. We try to stay organized, but it can get a little messy when deadlines are close. The families living around us are nice, so it stays pretty peaceful for the most part. This helps us focus on the files without too many distractions. For lunch, we either go to a small shop nearby or just eat what we brought from home. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, but we definitely stay busy. By the time evening comes, the society gets more active, and that is usually when we start locking up. It’s a steady, predictable kind of life here for us.
