We are L&T Mhps Boilers Private Limited. Our location is out near Koradi Village, about a kilometer away in Panjra. We are quite close to the Koradi Mata Mandir, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being out this way means we have a bit more space, which we definitely need for what we do. It’s a big site, not like a small city office. There’s a lot of dust and noise because of the nature of the work. We spend a lot of time out on the floor or in the temporary offices we have set up. It’s not a place for fancy clothes; we usually just wear what’s practical. The commute out to Panjra can be a bit long for some of us, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a lot of the perks you might find in a big corporate headquarters. We have a small canteen and some basic places to sit. Most of the day is spent checking on equipment or looking at diagrams. It’s hard work and it can be tiring. We don't really talk much about missions or visions. We just focus on the boilers and making sure they are built right. The area around the temple is nice, and sometimes we go there during breaks. It is a very grounded place to work. We just do our jobs and go home.
