L & T Ltd.

We are currently stationed out at the N.C.L Plant in the Amrlohri area. Specifically, we are at the Chp Face-2 section. L & T Ltd. is a big name, but here at this site, we are just a group of people making sure things run like they are supposed to. It’s a lot of dust and heavy machinery around us every day. The work is mostly outdoor or in big industrial sheds. It isn’t like a typical office job where you sit in the AC all day. We deal with the realities of the plant and the environment here in Amrlohri. The days can be long and sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when the sun is beating down on the steel. We don't have much in the way of fancy amenities. There’s a lot of metal and concrete around. Most of us have been on this site for months or even years, so we know every corner of Chp Face-2. We just focus on the daily targets and make sure everyone is doing their part safely. It’s hard work, but it’s honest work. We don’t talk much about goals or visions; we just talk about what needs to be fixed or moved by the end of the shift. That’s just how life goes for us here at the plant. It's a busy place and we stay busy.
