We have our small office for Kaware And Jawade Projects Pvt Ltd over in Nagpur, specifically at Qtrno 7A Bijalinagar in the Sadar area. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s quiet enough for us to focus on the project files and drawings we have scattered across the tables. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy equipment up can be a challenge. We spend most of our time talking about construction schedules and making sure the supplies are going where they need to go. It is just a few of us working here, and we usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze there is, though the Nagpur heat can be quite something in the summer. The walls have some charts and maps pinned to them, some of which are starting to curl at the corners. We aren't the kind of company that has a big polished lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a desk or on the phone trying to coordinate with someone at a site. It’s a lot of practical work and solving problems as they pop up during the day. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, eating snacks from the shop around the corner and just trying to get through the pile of paperwork on the desk until it is finished.
